In this segment, we’re examining the symbiotic relationship between leadership, mission, and character, illustrated through figures such as Joan of Arc, Ernest Shackleton, Martin Luther King Jr., Mother Teresa, and Herb Kelleher. These figures are recognized for their distinct missions and profound character, which serve as the bedrock of their leadership. We perceive authentic leadership as the practice of fulfilling our mission and cultivating character to ensure our mission’s successful execution. The marker of this success? Integrity, a concept we’ll delve into in our next segment.
