The Return on Your Investment | WT #129

As we reach the culmination of North Texas Giving Day this week, we're excited to share some stories from some in our community who have benefitted from your past support.

When you hear Michaela's witness, particularly at 3:15, as she shares her understanding of  "the common good," you are witnessing more than a single story. You are seeing what happens when the seed of faith, virtue, and leadership is planted in the fertile soil of a Catholic high school. Each student represents a return on investment—one that multiplies far beyond the individual.

At the Authentic Leadership Foundation, we call this our Campaign Towards Greatness. We speak of greatness not in the worldly sense of pride or power, but in the virtuous sense: clarity of purpose, courage of conviction, and strength to serve. Already, three Catholic high schools have engaged in this mission, and we are only beginning.

The impact of one transformed student can ripple across classrooms, families, parishes, and communities. Now imagine that impact multiplied hundreds—indeed, thousands—of times over across the nation. That is the vision we are working toward, and the reason your support on North Texas Giving Day 2025 matters so deeply.

Our plan is clear: within three years, the Authentic Leadership Foundation will achieve self-sufficiency, while ensuring that philanthropic support continues to expand access. This way, schools with fewer resources can still deploy ALF programs and bring this formation to their students. Your gift today is both immediate and enduring—it fuels transformation now, and secures it for the future.

And the time is right. Across our nation and our world, a new awakening is stirring. Good is overcoming evil. Families are rediscovering their central role. And above all, hearts are turning back to God.

This is what your investment yields: not just changed students, but a changed culture. A culture of leaders who know who they are, Whose they are, and why they are here.
