Seeing is Believing: How Do You Get Others to See What It’s All About? | WT #57

Are you finding it hard to communicate the worth of something you believe in? I've come to realize the truth in the phrase “seeing is believing.” But how can we encourage people to invest even just one minute of their time to truly understand what's being presented?

We’re certain that others have faced this conundrum, and we’re keen to hear about your experiences. Tell us what you think of this series. We'll reward all contributions that we incorporate to enhance our approach with enrollment in leadership strength training and recognition for your innovative idea. You might even earn the opportunity to guest star in a training video!

Here's our current strategy: We’re breaking down our character-driven leadership strength training into 60-second digestible video lessons that are engaging and less formal. Our goal is to spark your interest and facilitate your personal growth.

Our series, named Stronger Leadership in 60 Seconds, tackles issues that resonate with everyone. We address topics that we can all relate to: not just how we lead others, but more importantly, how we first lead ourselves.

Often, these topics aren't openly discussed, so we believe they could capture interest from many others.

Feel free to watch our debut one-minute lesson here, and share your thoughts. We also offer a subscription option to keep you updated as we release new lessons, currently planned for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

We eagerly anticipate building fresh relationships, fostering new thought processes, and growing together.
