Kelby G. Woodard is the former President and CEO of the Cristo Rey Network and founding President of Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep. During six years at Cristo Rey Dallas, he helped establish a high-performing Catholic school serving students with limited economic resources and completed a $25 million capital campaign to build its permanent campus. He later served as Headmaster of Saint Thomas Academy, a Catholic military leadership school in Minnesota. Earlier in his career, Kelby served two terms in the Minnesota House of Representatives, where his work included education finance and public safety. He also spent 20 years in global security, including leadership roles with the U.S. Customs Service and Target Corporation. Across public service, business, and education, his leadership has remained grounded in faith, mission, and opportunity for young people.

Sarah Jackson is Vice President of Government Relations and Public Affairs for the Texas Region at Fidelity Investments. She leads engagement with local and state government, supports federal outreach, and oversees civic engagement, nonprofit partnerships, employee volunteerism, and regional philanthropy. Previously, Sarah directed government relations and public affairs across nine states for HNTB Corporation and served as Vice President of Strategy and Public Affairs for the Dallas Citizens Council, working with more than 170 CEOs to advance policy and strengthen community partnerships. A 2016 Presidential Leadership Scholar and 2020 Marshall Memorial Fellow, she is Past Chair and 2022 President of The Texas Lyceum. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri and a Master of Public Service and Administration from Texas A&M University.

Tad McIntosh is the Founder and President of HumCap, a Plano-based human resources and recruiting firm he established in 2001. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Tad served as an Army infantry officer in Korea and later held assignments at the Pentagon and with the White House U.S. Honor Guard, completing his active-duty service as a captain. He founded HumCap to help growing organizations build the people and infrastructure needed to scale, guided by the conviction that a company’s greatest asset is its human capital. Under his leadership, HumCap has grown into an award-winning, veteran-founded business with a strong commitment to service, community investment, and helping veterans build successful civilian careers. Tad also serves in business, civic, and faith-based leadership roles throughout North Texas.

Chris Valletta is Operating Partner at Sounder Partners, a Texas-based private investment firm that partners with founders of commercial and industrial service businesses. A former NFL athlete and four-time entrepreneur, Chris has built his career around the principles of teamwork, resilience, service, and values-based leadership. A graduate of Texas A&M University, he founded AmplifyU, an accredited program connecting leadership development for student-athletes with business education. He is also a national speaker, author, and independent network television contributor who draws on his experience in sports and business to challenge conventional thinking and help others lead with faith and purpose. Across his work, Chris encourages leaders to serve selflessly, grow intentionally, and build a lasting legacy.
