ATTENTION BUSINESS LEADERS:

Do You Feel Like You Are Letting Others Down? (Even thought they may “praise” your leadership?)

If so, you are not alone. In fact, you're in the MAJORITY.

When Everything is “True,” NOTHING IS.

This is our CULTURE of RELATIVISM, which leads to:

  1. A denial of TRUTH, which discerns right and wrong, and reality itself
  2. A Lack of Fortitude in standing up for the TRUTH, and
  3. Fear of Offending/Confronting others who will not or cannot recognize TRUTH for what it is

And the Status Quo Endures.

After all, if every direction is North, how can You Lead and Navigate Others?

This is why you feel ineffective and helpless. If your organization is not growing and advancing, then it is by default, DYING.

This is the ultimate outcome and objective of the status quo. This cannot stand.

But when the problem appears so nebulous, what can you do?

You START by Seeking the TRUTH.

Without a clear understanding of Truth, one cannot lead. People and organizations cannot grow or flourish. That’s why the Authentic Leadership Foundation has created the TRUTH Seekers Leadership Series.

The first two, half-day workshops are the keys to authentic leadership and decision making. The other workshops, completed over two semesters, deepen your ability to execute and lead.

Current Leadership Strength Training

FOURTH FRIDAY of each Month

What Does “Potential” mean...to YOU?

Is it measured by income, or professional or social status? Is it always sitting in the front row at church? Is it becoming a champion in sports? In this intensive three-hour workshop, you’ll learn to define your potential in character-based terms, come to understand your God-given temperament, and take positive steps to identifying—and moving toward— your mission and purpose.

“Yes...You CAN Handle the Truth!”

In today’s world, it can be increasingly difficult to know what is true. With so much information at our fingertips, it can be hard to determine what is accurate and what is not. This makes it difficult to make good decisions, as we may not have all of the facts that we need in order to make an informed choice.

That's why we're pleased to present Better Decisions, workshop #2 in the Truth Seekers series.

There is No Such Thing as a “Born Leader”

For decades now, billions of dollars have been wasted every year on “leadership training” and the needle hasn’t moved (according to the statistics above). After 25 years, we now understand why.

Leadership is not a technique or skill, nor is it embodied by shiny objects (i.e. financial, athletic or academic success). Leadership is about character. You’re not born with character; you have to build it. It’s also why we say that, contrary to popular belief, leadership is for the MANY, not the few.
