Darren L. Smith
Darren Smith is Chief Unlearning Officer at Cima Strategic Services. He is a native Texan and a graduate of Dallas Jesuit and Texas A&M University. Over the past 25 years, Darren has visited 35 countries and led 100 strategy programs. He and his wife have five children.
Darren works with leaders who are driven to optimize performance of the enterprise. Darren’s mission is to show leaders how to build authentic leadership and a committed community through the development of an Authentic Leadership Loop. The platform is a compact process that creates a common language and ultimately, seamless accountability.
In his experience, the main obstacle to creating a committed community is simply a lack of connection and authentic leadership.
An effective feedback loop and organizational transparency are the keys to optimizing performance.

Pierre Koshakji
Pierre Koshakji co –founded and leads Apollo Development, a US affiliate of EVM, Ltd, with the mission of providing the energy industry with innovative sustainable solutions focused on large scale production of energy, water and other resources. He co-founded and served in executive roles at Stream Energy, recently acquired by NRG, as well as served as Chairman of the executive committee of the National Energy Marketers Association.
Pierre’s business experience includes roles as CEO and President in the reorganization of several public and private companies. Following his undergraduate degree in engineering at Vanderbilt University and a graduate degree in business at the Cox School/Southern Methodist University, Pierre worked at engineering companies as well as a consultant with international firms such as KPMG in Kuwait.
As Chairman of the Authentic Leadership Foundation and an active member of the international Virtuous Leadership Institute, Pierre works to help promote and teach character based leadership programs in business, school and non profit organizations.
