Dear Friends:

We hope that you and your family are doing well. Every six months we update our friends, supporters and other stakeholders on the Authentic Leadership Foundation’s (ALF’s) progress and recent milestones. We call it our Results Letter.

Our mission is simple: To show both educators and students that they were made to be great and help them discover their individual path to greatness.

The results are educators and students who make principled decisions, practice building character strength, and execute their individual mission, or their unique impact on humanity.

BY THE NUMBERS

We’re currently forming future leaders across three partner schools:

292 students and educators are now learning how to lead with character, make principled decisions, and live out their unique mission, a 78% increase from the 164 students and educators we served last year. Once each of these programs is implemented in full, they potentially and collectively represent over 1,000 students and educators.

WHAT’S NEW

Our curriculum is now available through the Learner Mobile app. This gives students and teachers convenient, on-demand access to the content and resources they use throughout the program. The Learner Mobile app is also available to families.

We added a key hire. Molly Yen joined ALF as School Director and Curriculum Developer, bringing a master’s degree in education and valuable classroom experience. She is helping expand access to ALF’s curriculum and reach more students and educators.

PrincipledDecisions.ai is live. Facing a tough decision at work or home? Answer a short series of prompts, and in minutes you’ll get a concise decision brief you can share with your family or team. It’s the same framework we teach students, now available to everyone.

SAVE THE DATE

Lastly, please Save the Date for our Annual Vision Dinner on Friday, November 13 at Royal Oaks Country Club in Dallas. Our keynote will be Steve Auth, author of The Missionary of Wall Street.

On November 13, we’ll share how you can partner with us, simply and decisively, to help our kids fulfill God’s Will for them as young people made for greatness.
