Anger Alone is OK | WT #27

How many times have you been frustrated or lost your temper and regretted the action you chose to take immediately afterwards? You know, the one you needed to apologize for later. The one that made you feel better for about five seconds and then you wished you could take it back.

Anger alone is ok. It’s natural. t’s part of processing your feelings. It’s the verbal or physical actions that can occur afterwards that are wrong.

Anger can be a positive force for needed change – if the resulting energy is channeled properly. Some of the best leaders in history were those who mastered, and properly channeled, their anger.
