Results Letter  |  Spring, 2025

Dear Friends,

It is our hope that you and your family are enjoying this year. Every six months we’d like to bring important information to your attention and “catch you up” on the Authentic Leadership Foundation’s progress. We call this update our “Spring 2025 Results Letter.”

First, we’d like to state that ALF’s Purpose is to be a personal growth platform for students and educators. ALF fulfills its Purpose through its Mission, which is to deliver Principled Decision-Making (PDM) training for students and educators and provide a community of support to help them discover their individual paths to greatness, together.  Our programs focus on the three areas of (1) making principled decisions, (2) developing character strength and (3) clarity of mission.

The Results are students & educators who practically integrate their faith & (school) work to be great. For the schools, this fosters a culture that attracts donors, staff, and families who wish to become a part of this. Further, it truly becomes that school’s differentiator.

Where Are We Now?

  • We're completing our first semester of Principled Decision-Making training at Bishop Dunne Catholic School with the freshman class. You can follow the students' personal growth via Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.

  • We're meeting with prospective donors to raise $600,000, to accelerate the growth to two new schools.

Further, we invite you to mark your calendar for Friday, June 13, 2025, at the University of Dallas College of Business:

  • The Summer “Family Edition” of Fundamental Training is 11am – 1 pm. Students (high school and up), educators, parents, and community members can participate to learn how to use the Principled Decision-Making (PDM) framework. Register now.  In-person seating is limited.

  • The Rise to Greatness! half-day conference immediately follows the training from 1:30p - 4:30p at the business school on the University of Dallas campus. This is a community-building, three-segment event:

    • Recognition of our student Authentic Leaders of the Year from Bishop Dunne,

    • Panel discussion on 'How to Use Truth to Live Your Life', and

    • A specialty topic training: “Leadership and AI”.

How Can You Help?

This year we celebrated our inaugural Authentic Leadership Giving Day on Tuesday, April 29th. Our goal is to have as much participation as possible, no matter what size the donation might be. For reference and as a suggestion, the cost/student/year is $250. Please give what you can and Sponsor a Student for Greatness!

Please know that we welcome your questions, suggestions, and introductions to prospective schools & donors, for which we are very grateful.

Pierre Koshakji
Chairman of the Board, on behalf of the Authentic Leadership Foundation
